Most recently, I worked at Athena Global Advisors, where I was a strategic partner to the head of Data & Analytics at a Fortune 50 telecommunications company, serving as a trusted advisor and operational lead across high-impact social listening, reporting, and risk mitigation initiatives. Led cross-functional efforts to optimize workflows, enhance real-time social listening and monitoring, and deliver executive-ready insights that informed C-suite decisions.

As a Managed Services Consultant at Sprinklr, I helped brands enhance their customer experience through effective social media strategies and solutions. Previously, I played a pivotal role in leading social content and strategy at ROAR Digital, a joint venture between MGM Resorts and GVC Group, where I contributed to the launch and expansion of BetMGM, MGM Resorts' premier sports betting app, across various states in the United States.

 

Before joining ROAR, I worked with MGM Resorts International as a Social Content Manager. My mission was to develop and execute campaign-level social content on both corporate and enterprise levels. By blending strategy with creative content creation, I produced platform-specific photos, videos, and animations for diverse projects and partners. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the C-Suite and executive teams to amplify thought leadership across multiple channels.

 

I also served as the Creative Liaison to MGM Resorts Japan, where I led the social content strategy to help MGM Resorts secure the first license for an integrated resort in Osaka. My role encompassed high-level projects, from documenting meetings for RFPs to producing a Japanese cooking competition television show.

 

My expertise extends to bringing sports initiatives to life across the enterprise. As sports betting grew nationwide, I facilitated strategic partnerships with major sports leagues such as the NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, and various professional sports teams. These collaborations required extensive coordination to create unified goals and content strategies. Prior to focusing on sports, I played a key role in announcing world-class residencies for artists like Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Queen + Adam Lambert, and Aerosmith, as well as covering numerous concerts and events.

 

Before rejoining MGM Resorts, I worked as a professional photographer, capturing a wide range of subjects from tropical storms to world-class athletes performing stunts on Las Vegas Blvd. While specializing in environmental portraiture, my work also involved collaborating with agencies and publications to tell compelling stories through photography. This included everything from hanging off cliffs to photograph rock climbers to being ringside at major UFC fights. My diverse experiences earned me a spot on Las Vegas 30 Under 30 list in 2016.

 

In addition to my extensive experience, I am an Addy Award-winning motion graphics artist with a background in video production and editing.
